Just wanted to point out Jeremy's attire in this picture!!! As I'm taking the picture he says, "don't take a picture of me wearing 'this shirt'!" :-)

June 17th, 2009 - Mom went over during the day and took some pictures for us of the hole being dug! Great shots - thanks mom!

The Neighborhood

Previously we were lot #61 in the enclave section - Now we are lot #236 in the estates section to the far right!

One day very soon - our new home will sit right here!!! Can't wait...

SOLD Stickers!!!

Sunday May 17th, 2009 - after work we go over to our lot sign and put up our SOLD stickers! Mom and Dad went with us to take pictures! Then we drove Dad over to Gray Eagle - so he could walk through a finished Windsor!




I did one side... :-)

Then Jeremy did the other side :-)

Then to celebrate the occassion ... We ended going to our favorite local hang out - Mudsocks! After we finish eating, my cel phone rings and it's Sean calling to see if we are still nearby (which we are of course!) He needed us to come back and re-sign one document. So we get our check & pay... Then just as we are pulling back into Cherry Creek... Jeremy's cell phone rings and guess who it is....

That's right! RR called to offer him the job!!! YEAH!!! We sat in the car after he hung up - so excited! Like little kids at a candy store! We walked back in & told Sean the news... he said, "you know most people get the job, then buy the house.. but whatever!" Things were really starting to fall in place!

Signing the Contract

May 15th, 2009 - we signed on the dotted line for our SECOND Pulte Home to be built in Cherry Creek! Estates section this time around - previously as many of you know we had a ranch in the Enclave section. What can you say - we LOVE the neighborhood! We are building the Windsor II floorplan - we now affectionately call, "The Mandsor" :-) Here we are signing the papers - with our wonderful Sales Counselor, Sean Clancy!

Starting a little late

Well we are getting started a little late on our New Home Blog - but better late than never right?! I'm going to try to go back and post pictures, etc. with the correct dates - we will see how good my memory is... here we go...
